Job Description

In the role of Motorcycle Salesperson, you are responsible for driving and developing sales to both new and existing customers, working through the entire customer journey – from first contact to delivered bike and beyond to repeat business. You meet customers in the showroom, creating a premium experience from the start, while following up on leads, quotes, and deals via phone and email to build long-term relationships. You represent Bikeman at trade shows, customer meetings, and events, as well as planning and executing customer activities together with the team. The role also includes participation in test ride and launch events, responsibility for deliveries and delivery walkthroughs, and advising on equipment, accessories, and clothing. You also contribute to an inspiring showroom environment and stay continuously updated on models, technology, and products through internal training and Harley-Davidson University.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven and ambitious salesperson who takes pride in their profession. You are motivated by closing deals, building relationships, and delivering results, and you have a good understanding of what it means to represent a strong brand. You have experience in sales, preferably within retail, vehicles, or the premium segment, and communicate professionally and trustworthily with various types of customers. You thrive working towards clear goals, take personal responsibility, and contribute energy, engagement, and initiative. You are curious, structured, and have a good sense of order and an attractive showroom environment. Experience with motorcycles, vehicles, or clothing sales is an asset. A B-class driver's license is a requirement, and an A-class license is an asset.
